Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 frank sausages
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Cooking oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Microwave the sausages for 2 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs and prepare the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  3. Trim and flatten the bread slices.
  4. Brush egg on the bread and roll with sausage.
  5. Dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry until golden and drain on paper towels.
